Strange??? But yes sitting on your wallet for a longer time can cause NEURITIS or SCIATICA known as WALLET NEURITIS.

What is NEURITIS?

It is a condition in which there is an inflammation of a nerve which leads to pain in that area and causes lose of function of that particular area.

If you have an habit of sitting on your wallet for longer period of time then your Sciatic Nerve get pressed . Which is not good as it affect your hip and leg section.

It causes :

1. Lower Back pain

2. You may feel TINGLING and BURNING sensation

3. Extreme PAIN

4. NUMBNESS

5. That part will not functions properly.

You can treat it by doing various exercises, keeping hot and cold packs on area where there is a pain but my dear people always remember that PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. So dont let your bad habit affect your health as it causes unnecessary problems.

Wallet having too much credit and debit cards, lot of cash๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜œis good thing but it may cause such unnecessary health problems. It is called SELF INFLICTED SCIATICA

So change your habit of keeping wallet while sitting.

PS : Do not keep your wallet in back pocket while driving a car or riding on a bike too.
